PCOS is the most common endocrine disorder that affects one in 10 women of childbearing age.
My clients – some of whose cases I will expose in the case study – have insulin resistance, or type II diabetes which cause PCOS and low fertility; and they have many other symptoms and difficulties such as: tiredness, weight management problems, food cravings, carbohydrate addiction, depression, hair loss, low libido, states of unhappiness, high levels of androgenic hormones, cholesterol and triglycerides or low levels of ovarian hormones (estrogens and progesterone).
These women were treated with pills or have participated in in-vitro fertilization programs without significant results, but instead with acknowledged side effects.
Due to the current common lifestyle these diseases develop in time, over periods of 10, 20 or even 40 years – seemingly unseen. During all this time there are indicators announcing the start of the disease which can be measured, but also there are simple and easy methods for reversing the tendencies. Financially, the cost for healing is moderate, but there is also another much higher cost which at the individual level involves: openness, self-education, energy and will – required for changing the lifestyle, habits and general eating tendencies.
Hungary and Romania are leading countries in Europe in terms of the number of citizens who are overweight or obese. Most of these citizens will develop diseases such as insulin resistance, type II diabetes or metabolic syndrome which can further develop into PCOS, infertility and other hormone imbalances, while the quality of their lives will decrease more and more.
This presentation highlights that one single month of naturopathic therapy and lifestyle changes can bring significant and objectively measurable differences. Whereas early stages of disease can be healed completely within approximately 3 months. Tests results and the Q&A lists attached to the presentation are clear proofs.
Studies have shown that our lifestyle in the last 150 years has caused more and more endocrine disorders such as PCOS, infertility, depression and others, as well as metabolic diseases like insulin resistance, type II diabetes or metabolic syndrome. However, we currently have the necessary knowledge to change our lifestyle thus maintaining our health for long term.
